Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
UK Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options for addresses within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) — £3.95
- Free Standard Delivery — on all orders over £40
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days) — £6.95
Delivery timescales are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or due to circumstances beyond our control.
International Delivery
At present, we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — please check back or sign up to our newsletter for updates.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Back to Nature Co accepts no responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our carrier will leave a notification card and may make further attempts or hold the parcel at a local depot. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (at an additional charge) or issue a refund minus the original delivery cost.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at kiriakos@backtonatureorganicfoods.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
